I’ve seen a lot of chiropractors and orthopedic specialists over the years, but I’ve never experienced the level of care and thoroughness that Dr. Jeff McWhorter provides. Both my son and I are currently under his care, and right from our initial evaluations, it was clear he operates on a completely different level.

This place is so incredible. I don’t even know where to start the staff. Every single one of them is top-notch and cares a great deal about me, taking care of me every visit with very detailed and precise treatment. Again, they care so much about you as the patient. It’s one of the most incredible places I have ever been. I came in here with massive anxiety and it’s been three weeks of work, but I am already turning the corner and feeling better. Saving my life in all honesty, I would recommend this place to anybody. They are so incredible. It’s amazing. If you need help, please contact them as they will take fantastic care of you and make sure they get you to the finish line with your problem.

I could not run my business, provide care coordination, or my manage my client, his care and staff. I could barely manage daily life without Dr. McWhorter’s help. From my very first visit, he made me feel understood and supported. He takes a deeply personalized approach, focusing not just on symptoms but on the root cause and overall well-being. He creates both a thoughtful treatment plan and a level of comfort and trust, all while maintaining an incredibly high level of professionalism and expertise. My plan included several of his advanced modalities: GyroStim, Dynavision, Class IV laser, HBOT, neurofeedback, and his gentle chiropractic care.

Working with Dr. McWhorter, I completed 40 sessions that included neurofeedback, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), GyroStim, and Dynavision. This combination of treatments helped address past athletic brain injuries and made a noticeable difference in how my brain and body functioned.

Now, after finishing my treatment with True Performance, I feel more in control of my nervous system than ever before. My hand tremors are little to none, and I’m finally able to live my day-to-day life with much more ease and confidence. I’m forever BEYOND grateful to Dr. McWhorter and his amazing team (shout out Lex!!) for their patience and commitment to my healing.

My stability is better, and even my sleep has improved in a meaningful way, which has been huge for my recovery.

What really sets True Performance apart is the staff. Every single person I worked with was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely compassionate. They took the time to understand what I was going through and made me feel supported every step of the way.

I started here with Neuro feedback after a surgery left me stuck up in high gear(sympathetic nervous system response)I had little ability to retain information and had forgotten much of the previous year including some friends. After 20 sessions I was back to normal and had my memory return and was able to bring my brain out of the sympathetic fight or flight to a calm well balanced state. Balance. For a high function leader in a very large global operation I was not able to function without memory recall. My emotional instability and confusion was scary before they helped me. By the time I completed my treatments we had demonstrable evidence from my before and after scan, that the therapy had restored me to a healthy balanced state restoring both peace and cognitive function. I’d recommend this location and its functions for anyone suffering from something similar.

We are seeing Dr. Jeff because my husband had a stroke. We love that he rehab's the brain and we are already seeing so much cognitive improvement. He has only had 7 sessions and we can't wait to see the results. We feel like he is the piece of the puzzle we have been missing and wish we would have known about him a few years ago. We are already telling everyone we know that we feel could benefit from his services.

Every equestrian rider or athlete needs this office part of their team. Especially if you have ever had a concussion or traumatic brain injury! They have significantly improved my overall brain performance for riding horses, playing golf, and running a business. Thank you Dr Jeff, Dr Matt, and Lex.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking neuro rehab/recovery. Especially if balance, coordination or the vestibular system has been affected.
