Your first visit takes about 90 minutes, plus data and history gathering.

What to Expect During Your First Visit
Your first visit is a comprehensive exam. It starts with an in-depth physical exam of how your nervous system is working, followed by data collection.
Depending on why you are coming in, it may include qEEG brain mapping and other assessments of cognitive, sensory or physical function. What we learn helps us work out which services may fit your goals.

- A credit card reserves the call, and there is no charge when you attend as scheduled.
- A $25 fee applies to missed appointments and to cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead.

How much does care cost?
Cost depends on the services your exam points to, how many sessions you need and how your plan is set up. We explain cost and payment options on your intro call, before you book an exam.
Can I book for my child?
Yes. We work with children and young athletes of all ages. A parent takes part in the full evaluation and gives written consent.
Which office should I choose?
Choose the office that is easier for you to reach. GyroStim and DynaVision sessions take place only in Rancho Santa Fe, so we plan those visits there.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Please call (858) 285-0073 as early as you can. A $25 fee applies to missed appointments and to cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead.
