What's up guys, Christian McCaffrey here. I've been coming in working with Dr. McWhorter for the last, I don't know how long, last few years, and I gotta say it's taken my game to the next level, as far as awareness in space, being able to react, and coordination in general. Syncing this in with all my training stuff has really helped me, and working with him, always pushing the limit, always taking us to a higher level. So very thankful for the work that I get to do with him, and I would encourage anyone who wants to get better, the training aspect or just healthier, as far as brain development in general, to come in and see him.
