The IV therapy service at True Performance in Rancho Santa Fe covers two things. Vitamin IV therapy gives fluids and selected nutrients through a vein, with a formula chosen for you after a health review. Peptide coaching is a private consultation about a peptide you are considering. Both are planned with the rest of your care here.
Some people come for hydration during a hard training block. Others want straight answers about a peptide a coach mentioned. Either way, we start with your history and your goals.

How it works
A short intro call, then a review of your history, medicines, sensitivities and goals. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need an IV.
An infusion or a peptide question is planned around your training, rehab or recovery program here, not booked as a one-off.
Before any later session, we ask how you felt after the last one. Then we change the formula or the schedule, or we stop.

Arsallan Ahmad, ND, a naturopathic doctor, guides every infusion formula. Staff trained in IV procedures give the infusion and watch how you respond throughout.

You do not need to decide before you call. Tell us your goal on the intro call, and we suggest where to start, or whether either service fits at all.
Yes. Infusions can be scheduled alongside rehabilitation, neurofeedback, chiropractic care or performance programs here, and they are planned around the same goals. Your health review comes first either way.
No. We offer infusions as hydration and nutritional support alongside your care, never as care for a disease. New, sudden or changing symptoms belong with your physician first.
Most infusions take about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the formula and how fast it runs. You rest in a reclining chair while staff check on you.
Cost depends on the formula, add-ons such as extra fluid or NAD+, and how often you plan to come in. Peptide coaching depends on the consultation and any follow-up. We explain it on your complimentary intro call.
