Sports injury rehab
Hands-on care, recovery tools and movement retraining after a sprain, strain or sore shoulder, with testing before you go back.
Rehabilitation, performance training, chiropractic care and wellness services under one roof. You do not need to pick one before your first visit.
The short answer
True Performance brings chiropractic-based neurological rehabilitation, sports rehab and performance training, chiropractic care, pain relief options, neurofeedback, hyperbaric oxygen, lab testing and IV therapy together in one Rancho Santa Fe practice. Services are grouped into eight areas below. Your plan combines only the ones your exam shows you need.
Each area links to its own overview, and each service to its full page. New here? Read about our chiropractic- and rehabilitation-led clinic first.

No. Most people start with a complimentary 15-minute intro call, then a first evaluation of about 90 minutes, plus data and history gathering. The findings decide where to begin and which services, if any, fit.
Every recommendation is explained before you commit, and we coordinate with your physician where your care calls for it.
Ten services are also offered at our Newport Beach office: laser therapy, chiropractic care, the comprehensive exam, lab testing, peptide coaching, neurofeedback, brain mapping, TLNS, PNS and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
The first step
From your first evaluation. It looks at movement, balance, eye movement, coordination and your history, and the plan uses only the services those findings support.
Often, yes. Many plans pair a hands-on service with a training tool on the same day. We set the order and spacing around your exam and your tolerance.
Cost depends on your evaluation, the services in your plan and how many sessions you need. We explain cost and payment options on your intro call, before you book an exam.
Call us and we will tell you what we need for your situation. If you are under a physician's care for a head injury, stroke or another serious condition, we ask for their records and coordinate with them.
