Recovery and performance goals
Many people ask about peptides while training hard or coming back from an injury. We look at the plan you already follow and where the question fits in it.
You have read about peptides and want straight answers before you decide anything. Coaching is a private conversation about the option you are considering, its evidence and the next steps.
Overview
Maybe a coach, a friend or a podcast brought up peptides, and now you have more questions than answers. Different products, claims and sources make it hard to know what applies to you.
Peptide coaching is coordinated through our IV therapy department in Rancho Santa Fe. We help you understand one option clearly, then you decide whether to go further.
What it is
Peptide coaching is a private, education-focused consultation about a peptide you are considering. Peptides are short chains of amino acids, and products differ in purpose, evidence and regulatory status. Coaching covers the specific option, how a home-based plan would work and what to ask before you decide.
You tell us which option interests you and why.
We review your history, medicines, supplements and any past peptide use.
We explain the product, its evidence, its status and the next steps.
The re-check
Follow-up coaching, timed to your needs, revisits the purpose of your plan as your questions and goals change. If a plan no longer has a clear purpose, we say so.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids. Many occur naturally in the body and help cells send signals to each other.
Peptide products differ in formulation, intended purpose, supporting evidence and regulatory status. That is why coaching focuses on the exact product you are considering, not peptides in general.
Conditions
A condition name alone does not decide whether a peptide is appropriate. These are the questions people most often bring.

Claims online vary widely. We help you check the purpose, evidence and regulatory status of the product you are looking at.
A home routine needs clear directions for the exact product and a person to ask when questions come up.
Why here
You get the formulation, intended purpose, evidence and regulatory status of the option before you choose anything.
Products available through the practice are compounded in the United States through a local San Diego compounding partner. We review the sourcing information for the option you are considering.
Our IV department handles scheduling, ordering questions and follow-up, so you always know where to take a question.
Other options
Your own physician or pharmacist can answer many medication questions, and FDA-approved medicines exist for some of the goals people bring to us. Coaching suits people who want to understand one specific peptide option in depth before deciding. If an approved medicine or another provider fits you better, we say so.
Is it for you
If any of these applies, we suggest checking with your physician before any plan starts.
Your visits
A complimentary call about the option you are considering and what you want to know.
We cover why the option interests you, your history, medicines, supplements, past peptide use and goals. Then we go through its purpose, evidence, status and sourcing.
You take the information home and decide. If you go ahead and a prescription is needed, a licensed provider decides that separately.
We revisit your plan and answer new questions as they come up.
Cost
Cost depends on the consultation and any follow-up coaching you choose. Product costs, if any, are explained separately before anything is ordered.

The first step
No. Coaching is an educational and consulting service. Any prescription is a separate decision made by a qualified licensed provider after an individual evaluation, and coaching does not promise access to a product.
It depends on the product, its source and your health. The FDA has listed certain peptides used in compounding, such as BPC-157, as possibly presenting significant safety risks, so we review the status of any option with you.
We explain cost and payment options on your intro call, before you book. Product costs, if any, are explained separately.
