Vitamin IV Therapy in Rancho Santa Fe, CA

Long training days, travel and stress can leave you running low. Each infusion here is mixed for you after a health review, and we tell you plainly what IV therapy can and cannot do.

Overview

Maybe a hard training block, a long flight or a run of poor sleep has left you depleted. Or you already get IV therapy somewhere and want it tied to the rest of your care.

Vitamin IV therapy is part of our IV therapy service in Rancho Santa Fe. We review your health first, then mix a formula for you, or tell you when an IV is not the right call.

What it is

What is Vitamin IV therapy?

Vitamin IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals and other selected ingredients directly into a vein, so they do not pass through the digestive system first. At True Performance, each bag is compounded for one person after a health review, and ingredients can be changed or left out for allergies or sensitivities.

How it works

  1. We review your history, medicines, sensitivities and goals.

  2. A formula and fluid volume are chosen and mixed for you.

  3. The infusion runs while staff monitor how you respond.

What it helps with

  • Hydration during hard training, travel or busy stretches
  • Recovery support alongside a training or rehab plan
  • People who do not tolerate oral supplements well
  • Nutritional support next to care for ongoing fatigue

When it is not the right tool

  • Emergencies such as severe dehydration or fainting: urgent care first
  • Replacing medical care for new, sudden or changing symptoms
  • Anyone expecting instant results

The re-check

Before any later session, we review how you felt after the last one. We change the formula or volume, or stop, when it is not helping.

Which formulas are on the menu?

The menu includes the Myers' Cocktail (magnesium, calcium, B vitamins and vitamin C), The Radiance, Immunity Boost, The Athlete, Energy Boost and Recovery Boost. NAD+ comes in 250, 500 and 750 mL volumes, and glutathione and custom mixes are also available.

Any formula can be given at a standard volume or with extra fluid for more hydration. The final mix is set after your review.

Conditions

Goals Vitamin IV therapy can support

We consider an infusion only after reviewing your history and current care. These are the concerns it most often sits alongside.

Training and recovery

Fluids, amino acids and B vitamins can be part of a plan during heavy training or rehab. We match the formula to your activity level.

Travel and busy stretches

Long flights and packed schedules can affect hydration. Extra fluid volume is an option when it fits.

Why here

Why Vitamin IV therapy at True Performance

  • Mixed for you, not pulled off a shelf

Every bag is compounded for your history, body size and goals. Ingredients can be changed or left out for allergies and sensitivities.

  • A naturopathic doctor guides the formula

Arsallan Ahmad, ND, reviews your history before an infusion is recommended.

  • Monitored from start to finish

Staff who give IV therapy are trained in IV procedures and emergency response, and your response is watched throughout.

Other options

Compare your options

For most people, water, food and oral supplements cover daily needs, and they are the place to start. Dehydration or a deficiency that needs medical care belongs with your physician. We offer vitamin infusions as added support, and we tell you when the basics are the better choice.

Is it for you

Is Vitamin IV therapy right for you?

A good fit if

  • Your health history review shows no reason to avoid an infusion
  • You want hydration or nutritional support during a demanding stretch
  • Oral supplements are hard for you to take or tolerate

We check first if

  • You have heart disease or high blood pressure
  • You have kidney disease
  • You are pregnant
  • You take medicines that could interact with an ingredient

If any of these applies, we talk with your physician before recommending an infusion, or we advise against one.

Your visits

  3. Your infusion

About 30 to 60 minutes in a reclining chair, depending on the formula and infusion rate. Staff monitor you throughout.

  4. Follow-up

Before any later session, we review how you responded and adjust the formula or volume.

Questions

Vitamin IV therapy questions

Ask us: (858) 285-0073

Does insurance cover IV vitamin therapy?

We explain cost and payment options on your intro call, before you book. Pricing depends on the formula you choose.

How often can you get IV vitamin therapy?

There is no set schedule. Some people come once for a specific goal, and others come at intervals the team recommends after reviewing their response.

Is IV vitamin therapy safe?

Possible risks include bruising or infection at the needle site, too much fluid for people with heart or kidney problems, and interactions with medicines. That is why we review your history first and monitor you during the infusion.

What is NAD+ IV therapy?

NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every cell and involved in how cells make energy. We offer it as an infusion in 250, 500 or 750 mL volumes, and whether it fits is decided at your health review.
