True Performance serves Rancho Santa Fe and the surrounding North County communities from one main office at 18029 Calle Ambiente, Suite 507. Coastal towns such as Del Mar, Solana Beach and Encinitas are under 10 miles away in a straight line. Orange County patients can also use our Newport Beach office for part of their care.

The office
Where is the Rancho Santa Fe office?
We are at 18029 Calle Ambiente, Suite 507, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067, in Cielo Village. Lake Hodges is about 1.7 miles away, and the San Dieguito River Park runs along the valley nearby.
Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 to 5:30 with a midday break, and Friday until 4:30. We are closed on weekends.

Coming from Carlsbad for neurological rehabilitation?

What is near the clinic?
The office sits a short drive from the Lake Hodges trails and the San Dieguito River Park. The Del Mar Fairgrounds, home of the San Diego County Fair each summer, is about 7.5 miles away, and Torrey Pines Golf Course is about 11 miles away.
Two major hospitals are within a short drive: Palomar Medical Center Escondido, about 7.5 miles away, and Jacobs Medical Center at UC San Diego Health, about 12 miles away.
The San Dieguito River Park is a regional greenway that runs 55 miles from the ocean at Del Mar to Volcan Mountain.

How far is the clinic from Carlsbad?
About 14 miles in a straight line from central Carlsbad, and about 5 miles from La Costa. Drive time depends on your route and traffic, so check a map before you leave.
Do you still have separate pages for each city?
No. The old city pages repeated the same information, so every community now lives on this one page. The care, the phone number and the booking form are the same wherever you live.
Which office should I choose?
Most first visits happen in Rancho Santa Fe, where every service is offered. If you live in Orange County, ask about starting in Newport Beach and coming south only for the sessions held in Rancho Santa Fe.
Can I keep my own doctors if I travel to you?
Yes. We work in coordination with your physician and medical team, and we ask for records before your first visit when you have them.
